What Frugal Fox collects when you compare grocery prices. Effective 27 October 2026.
Who we are
Frugal Fox shows listed prices and delivery times from Instamart and Flipkart Minutes for a location you choose. We do not sell groceries, and we do not ask you to create an account. Questions about this policy go to .
Location
Prices depend on the door. You can allow this device’s location, or type an area or address. We use that place to ask Instamart and Flipkart Minutes which store can deliver, how soon, and what they list. We keep the place in this browser so you do not have to enter it on every visit. We do not show coordinates on the page, and we do not send your address or coordinates to analytics.
Search
The words you type are sent to our service so we can ask the stores for matching products. We do not send those words to analytics. A search event records only whether the request succeeded, partly succeeded, came back empty, or failed.
Contact
If you write from , we receive your name, email address, and message. We use that only to read and reply. We do not add you to a mailing list. The form sets a short-lived cookie in this browser so a script cannot submit it the instant the page loads. That cookie is not an account, and it is not sent to analytics.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics for page views and three events: that a location was confirmed, that a search finished, and that a store logo or price was opened. Those events do not include your address, coordinates, or search words.
Store websites
Opening an Instamart or Flipkart Minutes price leaves Frugal Fox. Those companies collect what their own sites collect, under their own policies.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not ask for a password, a payment card, or a phone number to compare prices.
How long we keep it
The delivery place stays in this browser until you change it or clear the site’s data. A message you send us is kept long enough to reply, then deleted. Analytics retention follows the setting in Google Analytics.
Your choices
You can refuse device location and type an area instead. You can clear this site’s data in the browser. You can choose not to write to us. To ask about a message you sent, use .
Children
Frugal Fox is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
